  • Гарантийный срок службы УФ ламп зависит от типа лампы и указан в паспорте изделия.
  • На срок службы лампы влияет количество включений/выключений. Рекомендованное количество указано в паспорте. По прошествии срока службы лампу необходимо заменить (свет от изделия не означает сохранение бактерицидного эффекта).
  • В случае преждевременного выхода из строя мы гарантируем замену лампы и доставку её до Вашего адреса за свой счёт. Для подтверждения потребуется только фото лампы, никаких дополнительных бумаг.
